    1.1.Site of Sites—your go-to destination for web design inspiration. This is a place where we, as designers, can connect, collaborate, share, and get inspired. Feel free to use Site of Sites purely for inspiration and/or as a spot to show off your work.

    1. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. 

    2. We may accept or decline submission at our sole discretion. Submissions that were accepted may be removed from our website at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

    3. The specific placement of a submitted website that was chosen to be featured may vary from time to time, at our sole discretion. 
       

  2. Submitting Your Website

    1. By submitting your website for a chance for it to be featured on our Website, you confirm that you have read and accept the following terms, Wix.com’s privacy policy and Wix.com’s terms and conditions.

    2. Submissions are only open to individuals who (a) who have and are the rightful owner of all rights associated thereto, of the website submitted; (b) are over the age of 13; and (c) their website is published and publicly available. 

    3. For a chance for your website to be featured on our Website, your website should answer one or more of the following:

      1. Professional design & content, interesting behaviours, edgy and innovative design, exceptional UI/UX, and/or new technology.

      2. Submission process is completely free. 

 

  1. We have no obligation to advise any submitter of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant submission. 

  2. By submitting your website, you provide us with the authorization and approval to feature your website (as a whole or any part of it) on our Website, making it available for other visitors of our Website to see and be inspired by, including screenshots from your website and screen recordings of it. You also authorize us to feature your website (or any part of it) on our social media platforms and channels, if we choose to do so at our sole discretion, including adding any information provided by you.

  3. The screenshots we will show on our Website, in case of a successful submission, will be the ones provided by you as part of your submission. If you wish to update the screenshots or images after your submission due to updates made to your website, you will be required to resubmit your website for reexamination.  

  4. Submissions must not contain content that: (a) is sexually explicit, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; (b) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing) or a particular political agenda; (c) is obscene or offensive; (d) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies; (e) contains trademarks, logos, tradenames or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others without the proper license or consent; (f)violate the rights of any other person or entity by using their names or image, or featuring or referring to any recognizable person, without such person’s informed consent thereto; (g) violates copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, videos, and other works of art; (h) violate any law or any legal terms applicable to such submissions, including the terms of use of any social platform media in which the submitter chooses to share his/her/their website.
     

  1. Showcasing Website – evaluation system 

    1. Once you submit your submission, it will go through our evaluation process. 

    2. During the evaluation period (which time may vary, at our sole discretion), we will evaluate the following: 

      1. Professional design & content, interesting behaviours, edgy and innovative design, exceptional UI/UX, and/or new technology.

    3. Submissions that will meet the criteria specified above, will be featured on our website. 

    4. There is no preference to any platform the website is hosted by. 

    5. Successful submissions that are chosen, will be featured on our website under different categories, as we deem fit. If you think your website belongs to a different category than classified, you may contact us at hi@siteofsites.co, and we will assist, if possible. 

    6. Some websites will be highlighted and shown at the entry to our website (featured). We may change the websites highlighted, at our sole discretion. 

    7. At any time, you may request the removal of your website from our Website, by contacting: hi@siteofsites.co
       

  2. Intellectual Property 

    1. By submitting your website and any content or information to our Website, you represent and undertake that: (a) all content and information is accurate; (b) that you are the sole owner or right holder to all content submitted and included as part of your submissions. 

    2. you give Wix.com an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to display and use works of arts your submission and your website, and your likeness for promotional purposes and for the purposes of operating our Website as specified herein. 

    3. All trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property associated with our Website, are exclusively owned by Wix.com and you are prohibited from making any unauthorized use thereof. 

    4. Our Website acts in accordance with its interpretation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). In such case, you may file a proper counter-notice in accordance with Section 512 of the DMCA, in which you must include: (1) your full name, address, phone number and physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the material and its location before removal; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; (4) your consent to an appropriate judicial body; and (5) any other information required under the relevant provisions of the DMCA. By submitting your website, you agree to release Wix.com and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, distributors, licensors, licensees, representatives, attorneys, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liability, costs, losses, damages, or injuries of any kind arising out of or related directly or indirectly to your submission or participation in the Website, including with respect to any deletion or failure to showcase your website. 
       

  3. Governing Law and Limitation of Liability

    1. All issues concerning this Website and these terms shall be governed by Israeli Law.
